Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can properly prepare you for your experience. Kindly understand that late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time.

Cancellation

Please be aware there is a 24 hour notice period for cancelling or rescheduling bookings. Cancellations and rescheduling bookings within 24 hours of treatment start time will result in a 50% charge of appointment. Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice and missed appointments without notice will result in a 100% charge of appointment.

Medical Conditions

You will be required to complete a health questionnaire before attending your appointment. Please advise us when making your booking of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your experience.

Pregnancy

We have treatments designed for mothers-to-be. Please advise us if you are expecting so we can help you choose the most suitable treatment during this special time.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for all treatments and products. You can purchase them at the salon, and they are valid for 12 months.

Parking

There is free parking at Relax & Renew. If the big gate is open at Duncan Self Drive you can park around the side of the building. If the gate is closed you can park on the road and walk through the walk-in gate which has the sign A1 attached to it.

Payments

We accept cash, card or bank transfer.

Minimum Age

A minimum age of 16 is required for all treatments.
